Shop terms

Custom orders

• Quote first. Every custom job starts with a written price and timeline.
• 50% deposit. A deposit of half the quoted price books your job. The balance is due after you approve the proof and before we ship or hand it off.
• Proof before we cut. We send a digital proof. You can ask for changes until you approve it. Production starts only after approval.
• Final sale. Custom pieces are made for you and can't be returned. If we made the mistake, such as a spelling error that was not on the approved proof or damage in shipping, we remake it free.
• Natural materials vary. Wood grain, color and how a material takes the laser differ from piece to piece. That variation is not a defect.
• Your artwork. Only send images and logos you have the right to use. We may decline jobs that copy someone else's trademark or artwork.

Shipping & pickup

• We ship anywhere in the United States with tracking. Shipping cost is included in your quote.
• Free local pickup in Ayden or Greenville, NC, by appointment. We confirm the time and place when your order is ready.
• If a package arrives damaged, send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
• North Carolina sales tax applies where required.
